Yes, we provide customized designs for every project, this often goes beyond a standard build plan; incorporating Interactive 3D renderings, architectural drafts, color selections with samples, and consultation on additional product options. 

Each job is a little different with houses or terrain being different in design, however on average our deck builds are typically a 4-5day process this can often come with a standard lighting package, railing, and stairs. Often times there are ways to build these projects faster; although, we like to take the customized time required for each project in our goal to complete each phase and task to far beyond industry standards.

We offer Helical Pier Footings, that are engineered to achieve a precalculated torque rating, as they are driven into the soil, based on the structure or deck being built and the soil conditions of the area. We also work with and install, Concrete footings, Diamond Pier footings, and Flat Top Roof decks / foundations.

We frequently use high-quality, low-maintenance materials such as TimberTech Composite and PVC decking, alongside aluminum railings. We also as well as classic materials like cedar wood decking, and Pre-stained kiln dried treated lumber, depending on your preference and budget. We also use materials like AZEK trim and LP siding for our deck / porch builds.

Yes, we fully handle every step along the way to obtain your projects city building permits, this includes bringing on utility providers such as plumbers or electricians and other trades  for your project as part of our comprehensive service. The time required to obtain a permit is a factor in the overall project timeline, however with decks we typically can see a turn around in about 2-3 weeks with larger projects taking 3 - 4 weeks after the design and contract phase.

We offer a large variety of add-on features, including low-voltage accent lighting, custom railing systems (cable, glass, two-toned, privacy railing), fascia, column veneers, roof structures, powered screens, sun covers, and even full waterproofing systems for usable space under a deck. 

 We offer a variety of high-quality options, including GAF shingle packages primarily; with options for metal roofing for enhanced durability, and architectural shingles designed for high-wind resistance. 

We offer a wide variety of options starting with LP Smart Side, James Hardie Siding, and Vinyl by Market Square. This can be complete with different trims multi products uses and even style combinations such as standard laps next to board and batten.
