INTEGRITY STRUCTURES DECK OPTIONS GUIDE

Add a decorative and functional lighting package to your stairs! Riser lights will keep you safe while utilizing the stairs on your outdoor space at night, they also look impressive and come in a variety of styles. 

These lights can be added to a railing systems corner or midspan posts. Post caps will come in a few options and work great to outline your decks space and provide a beautiful atmosphere at night. 

There are also face mounted lights that can be added independently or in addition to cap lights these lights project downward and provide light for the decking space but also create elegant shadow displays with your railing.

These lights can be attached to structural posts and either project down, up, or both directions. These lights really shows your decks full structure at night while also providing light to the immediate area outside of the deck. These lights in combination with post wraps provide a very classy finish to your deck.

We utilize a heavy Mil rubber material to create a water diversion system of troughs and down spouts; which lead to custom gutters, efficiently moving water away from your house and keeping the area under your deck protected from unwanted weather. 

This option is heavily recommended to those with walk out basement doors under their deck or to those that have enough height under their deck for additional patio space below.

With the use of our water diversion systems, the frame work of your deck is still visible from below. For those that will be spending a lot of time utilizing their space under the deck, we recommend covering the framing with a finish product like Natural Cedar or PVC tongue and groove . This finished ceiling really provides a more refined feel to your outdoor living space and it can be enjoyed even in the rain.

In the ceiling below your deck after soffits, we offer full electrical packages, this space gives opportunity to add lights, fans, heaters, speakers and more, Integrity Structures will help manage and plan your decks additional add-ons with you and the other trades to ensure your details are considered and met. Any number of these additional options improves the atmosphere of your living space below the deck and can allow you to use your space in comfort more often.

Dressing your decks structural posts brings the overall Finish from top to bottom. We offer PVC and composite wraps in white as well as colored options to match your deck or provide some contrast in color. These wrap products can come in a paintable form as well. Our wraps can also be built in a few different styles ranging from consisting of just the base layer to adding more bands and layers to create a post wrap with more character and dimension.

Our deck fascia comes in white, paintable, and color match options to cover and finish the perimeter framing of your deck. The fascia will also typically be the same as your stair riser color.  We offer all options but with white or paintable fascia we can also offer a double ply fascia which provides more dimension. We will discuss all options during consultations but in the meantime Timber Tech's website (below) will give you all available color schemes.

For customers that prefer the look of the KDAT posts in their bare form, we still offer a way to cover the footing that will be under the post. We will build a KDAT "bell" that is trimmed out and mitered around the bottom of post that will cover the metal connection points and bring the post finish to the ground.  This option can also be used with additional bands around the post higher up to create more profile.

Laying your decking at angle is a great way to make the floor space of your deck more decorative and impressive by utilizing geometric shapes, and angles. These patterns can be made more bold by using different colors in the picture frame or deck. In this category you will notice pictures featuring different options for the above.

The picture frame is a board or group of boards that outlines the perimeter of your deck parallel to the rims. This style of finishing decking cleans up all deck board cuts from being seen on the outside of the deck. With our picture frames we offer single or double wide frames. As far as colors you have all of the options of timber tech's deck boards and on double picture frames mixing and matching the boards to match and contrast the decking color looks extremely nice. 

Integrity Structures' skilled carpenters always provide precision cutting, this with extensive planning and accuracy allows us to provide you with the option for a custom in-lay as center piece for your decking. Anything from a shape to a "letter" could be an idea for this category.

Aluminum railing is a great maintenance free option for railing. We offer products by Timber Tech, Westbury, Afco, and Kadenz; all of these rail manufacturers have different styles. They offer in range from standard spindled aluminum railings to cable and glass railings as well, all with different profiles and color options that can be mixed and matched. These railings can all also be used in conjunction with our lighting packages.

Stand-alone or used with-in a rail system, privacy panels offer seclusion to your deck space and are very aesthetically pleasing.

Drink Rail is the term used for the board we add to your top rail to provide sufficient space for a glass to sit upon. This board can be chosen from Timber Tech's catalog and typically is the same color as your picture frame, as this too will be installed along the outer perimeter of your deck.
